Student Housing and Dormitories
Ehime University has established the Goko Student Housing and Ai Residence (dormitory for School of Medicine students and residents) to provide students with economical housing and a good study environment.
Miyuki Student Housing
The dormitory is located in a quiet residential area about 2 km west of the main campus. It is only a 10-minute bicycle ride to the university, and transportation to the city center is convenient, making it a favorable environment for student housing.
The dormitory facilities are of reinforced concrete construction, and renovation work was completed at the end of March 2011. The building consists of four wings (A, B, C, and D). After entering through the entrance, which is equipped with a security system, the first floor has a food corner (for meals and stores), and the second floor has a multipurpose meeting room. The rooms are private rooms (225 for men, 177 for women, and 70 for foreign students) equipped with bathroom, toilet, mini kitchen, refrigerator, desk, bed, air conditioner, etc. One room for men and one room for women are wheelchair accessible. Each room is equipped with internet wiring, and if you sign a contract with a designated company (for a fee), you can use the internet at a low cost.
For laundry, coin-operated laundries (200-300 yen per time) are available in the dormitories.
*Curtains in some rooms are not fixtures, and some rooms do not have curtains.

Please submit one copy each for the main supporter of the family and the other supporter of the family for the required documents, “Certificate of Residence Tax Exemption for Fiscal Year 2024” and “Certificate of Residence Tax Exemption for Fiscal Year 2024”.

Ai Residence (dormitory for medical students and residents)
Ai Residence” is a four-story reinforced concrete building newly established on the Shigenobu Campus in April 2012 to house students and residents. It has 60 1K units for students, 16 1K units and 8 1LDK units for residents, and 2 guest rooms for part-time lecturers, etc., providing a comfortable and safe environment with an all-electric system.
The rooms are Western-style with closets, and toilets (with bidet functions) and bathrooms are separately arranged. In addition, a delivery box, coin laundry, and vending machine are located on the first floor.
