Future Value Creation Organization
~ Create “new values” in the mid-term future, and disseminate these values to society.
Outline of the Organization
Considering that the University is an organization that deals with “knowledge” in society, the primary objective of the Future Value Creation Organization is to discuss and create “new values” in the medium-term future 10 to 15 years ahead of society, and to issue these values to society. In addition to this, after clarifying Ehime University’s role in society, its objective is to formulate a management strategy plan from a comprehensive and university-wide perspective, taking into account trends in the national government, local governments, the business community, and the region, while analyzing Ehime University’s strengths, in order to fulfill this role. Established in April 2024
Greetings from the President
Japan will certainly transition to a shrinking society in the future. In order for a shrinking society to be a happy society, it is necessary to create a new value-based strategy to develop while strategically shrinking.
However, no society has ever developed during a period of population decline. This shows how difficult it is to develop while shrinking strategically, and how necessary it is to create new values to achieve this goal. Future Value Creation Organization aims to contribute to the future development and happiness of society by creating and disseminating new value in the medium term future.
The Future Value Creation Organization is a new type of organization that has never existed before. We will be a new type of organization, but under the leadership of the President and with the cooperation of the local community, we will continue to move forward. We look forward to your continued support.
